Well let me start at the beginning...

I was born and raised in Houston Texas where I spent most of my life.I have one brother who is two years younger 51, and one sister 4 years younger 49. That makes me the oldest. My Mother just recently passed away after battling lymphoma cancer. It was very tragic she and I were very close so I am still missing her terribly. My Dad is still living and is struggling with her loss as well. She was the family glue that held us all together.

I graduated from high school in 75 and got married in 77, Three days before my 21st birthday..I married a man 13 years older than I and have been married 33 years. We never had any children ... All I know was I was very into my career since I didn't go to college I had to work hard to get ahead in the business world. I started working at the age of 14 as a babysitter and ended up working in a bank at the age of 19. That is where I focused all of my energy during the day and after work I would help my husband on the place. He raised cattle and bailed hay which often times meant working until very late in the evening.

I worked my way up the corporate ladder and by the time I was 40 I was a vice president in charge of over 100 people. Wells Fargo bank decided to move their operation out of Houston to Arizona back in 99 and laid off me and all the others employed at that location. That was a really tough day.I searched for work in Houston but by that time most all of the large banks had also moved their operations out of Houston. The market was bad..But not as bad as it is today.I had a friend in the Consulting business that wanted me to come to work for him so I did.

Our first big assignment was in Chicago. That was a decision that I discussed in detail with my husband. I knew our marriage was not that strong and leaving could jeopardize it.but he insisted so I went to Chicago. The job was great and the pay was better and I was able to pay off all of our bills and set aside money to buy the ranch that he dreamed of..We purchased our Ranch about 5 years ago and he manages the cattle and hay operation. I have been on the road living in Chicago and now in San Antonio for the last 10 years. I recently filed for divorce.

I can’t say much more except I am happy and healthy and ready to move on...
